AG1

It has been almost one year since I tried AG1 to my daily routine of vitamins as I was looking to add more probiotics and adaptogens to my body. So far, so good.

Though the taste at first got some getting used to and I don’t significantly feel anything different in my body, I do feel good about taking something to help with my health and nutrition.

I am not an expert and honestly haven’t done enough of my own research, but wanted to start getting more proactive about supplementing my body with vitamins it needs. Here’s a brief description from the AG1 website:

Fill nutrient gaps, promote gut health, and support whole-body vitality with AG1. One daily serving delivers a comprehensive blend of 9 products—a multivitamin, minerals, probiotics, adaptogens and more—working together to deliver your strongest foundation for better health.*

I am just a friend sharing what I am trying so if just knowing someone else is on this journey with you brings you peace, then I’ve done my job. :) If you want to give it a try, click here and get a free one year supply of vitamin D3+K2 and 5 AG1 travel packs that make it convenient when you’re on the go.

erin’s tip

Several people I follow who are proactive about their personal development and growth use this, so I tried it awhile back too. I’ve heard some say it tastes better with a squeeze of lemon too. If you have feedback or other suggestions, connect with me and let me know! I’d love to learn more. :)
