Chocolate Mindfulness Tasting
Hey there!
I was asked to do my first mindfulness talk using our chocolates for a NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illness) event. I’ve talked about chocolates before, but staying in the moment, the here and now, for 10 minutes on one topic, was a new challenge for me!

Mindfulness helps us to take our minds off all of the things to do, give it a rest, and be appreciative of the moment we are in. Centering ourselves on our surroundings, feelings, and being still. Give it a “go.”
