Ariel Dance

Looking for a fun new form of exercise? How about hanging upside down wrapped in a silk cloth from the ceiling?

Ariel Dance, is something I tried once years ago and it was so much fun so was not surprised when my daughter had a blast when she and her friend took their first class! Ms. Brit (aka a chocolate friend) was absolutely wonderful with them!

At Samadhi Hawai`i, they offer classes in Kaka`ako for kids and adults with a class stamp card that makes it convenient to go when you can.

The girls really want to sign up for yet another activity and I want them to be happy and active. It’s better than just letting them “hang” around...don’t you think? :p

If there’s a mother daughter class you know of, please let me know. I don’t want to sit this one out and hang on the side. I want to hang with the girls too! :p
