What To Take To Thanksgiving

I am the dessert gal. How about you?

Do you stress about food for family get-togethers and things like what to take to Thanksgiving dinner? If so, my advice for a little peace in this area is to pick a section of the menu (appetizers, salad, fruits, starch, entree, fish, dessert, drinks) whatever you are passionate or particular about, and say that’s your thing.

Everyone can count on you to bring that thing.

Tip: Pick appetizers if you’re the one always early to arrive and early to leave and pick dessert if you’re the one always late to the party. :p

If you are vegan, then you be in charge of bringing the vegan dish. If you need to end your meal on a satisfying sweet note so want some control over that, (that’s me), then sign up for dessert!

And because multiple desserts are always welcome, I sign up for a chocolate dessert. That way, everyone knows what I will be bringing and can bring something to compliment that like ice cream, or can go in a completely different direction like almond float so there’s variety and options for everyone.

And that’s why at Choco le`a, we created the new Thanksgiving Dessert platter this year.

At Choco le`a, we create sweet solutions to problems.

We wanted to bring you peace in the area you may be stressed trying to figure out what to take to your get togethers. And this Thanksgiving, rather than the usual pumpkin pie, we’re combining tradition and innovation with a variety of

  • Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Pie truffles

  • Pumpkin Spice Bar bite-sized bits and

  • Dark Chocolate Covered Oreos with Fall themed sprinkles!

This assortments makes it so that there’s something for everyone or three things to try for those fall flavor, chocolate loving family and friends! It’s all made fresh in Hawai`i for those looking for something nostalgic (pumpkin pie truffles), something new, interesting, and full of flavor (pumpkin spice bar) or the tried and true basics or vegan options (dark chocolate Oreos).

It’s wrapped with a bow and ready to go!

erin’s tip

Get this now and put it in your refrigerator so you’re ready to go for Thanksgiving. Don’t need to worry about picking up the day before or prepping the day of. This will be good until then and you can let everyone know, that you’ve got something special on the way!

Happy Thanksgiving chocolate friend!
