Salmon in 5ish Minutes

You read that right and this is on a weekly rotation in my house!

If you can’t cook or don’t have time, this is the recipe my busy Aunty Brenda gave me who always showed up to our family dinners with this. And it’s delicious!

  1. Get a salmon from the market.

  2. Cover it in mayonnaise.

  3. Sprinkle it with furikake.

  4. Bake it at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes.

So the prep takes 5 minutes with everything you probably have stocked in your refrigerator and while prepping, get that oven preheating so basically what you are waiting for, is just the baking.

You’re welcome! :)
