Tim Ho Wan

I have been wanting to try this place for years and when we needed to find a place for a hungry and excited group who was in a mood to try whatever, we headed to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center in Waikiki to Tim Ho Wan.

We arrived at the restaurant early, a bit before 5pm, and it was empty so we could all sit together inside the nice and cozy restaurant. And service was fast! Plate after plate was dropped as our excited kids and my husband ordered just about everything!

This place came highly recommended by friends and we were not disappointed. In fact, my husband said it was one of the best dim sum places in Hawai`i and he would gladly go again.

Everyone’s favorite was the pork buns, my husband loved the fish, and I remember I loved the noodles. It was also fun to try a whole bunch of different things.
