Wellness at Work

Most of us spend 8 hours of our day at work. That’a the majority of our time and our life so we should really spend it where we feel safe and valued. A positive work environment is not something we should strive for, but really the standard of what we should expect. If we are not in a culture where we can learn, grow, give, and be ourselves, then every day we are actually slowly doing the opposite and depleting ourselves.

I do believe there are seasons where we can “tough it out” or have extra grace, but it should not be every single day or we may not notice it until it is too late after we’ve become too bitter, and become the “victim” with only negative things to say not only submitting to the toxicity, but becoming a part of the problem.

You’re better than that.
