Eat Dark Chocolate

Around this time of year, a lot of us are thinking about our goals and how we want to improve our health physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. And so I thought this would be a perfect time to highlight some of the healthier options we offer at Choco le`a like our 72% Dark Chocolate Bar and why DARK chocolate is good for you! 

Here is a quick summary of some of the health benefits from the flavanols found in cocoa:

My routine is to break up the 72% bar into squares, then keep them in my refrigerator, and when my sweet tooth craving comes on after lunch and dinner, I pop one in my mouth and slowly let it melt. It lasts longer and is soooo good! And when I want something refreshing, I have the iced chocolate tea. These two items are my guilt-free options that I can have daily!!!
