Read & Reflect
Read the Bible and books that will help you stop and reflect on how you can apply this to your life to better yourself.
Sleep
Have a nighttime routine - put the phone away from the bed, keep it dark, cool, and wind-down at the same time to get 8 hours of sleep.
Movement
Move your body every day in a way that’s most fun for you - walk, dance, hike
Water
Drink 3 times your body weight in ounces and stay hydrated.
Nutrition
Eat fresh, quality, natural foods that will energize you and provide nutrition.
Community
Spend time with others and add value to others.
Fun
Get out and have fun to refresh - horseback riding, traveling, playing with the kids
Rest
Slow down and take time to rest and pause.
Prayer
Pray all day, about everything, and ask God to help you!
