Waimanalo Country Farms
Happy Fall!
If you’re looking for a way to get into the season, check out Waimanalo Farms right about now! A beautiful, locally owned farm with the last of the sunflowers, a pumpkin patch, animals, fresh lemonade, corn, cornbread, roasted sunflower, and other treats!
The Kama’aina fee is $10 for entry and includes a ride on their tractor and a mini overview of the farm from the owner with a little bit of the history and inside on the hardship of owning a farm. They own 52 acres over 6 generations of families, and God has blessed their farm.
A lof of families are out and about to purchase a pumpkin to take home. They range in size and the one we chose was about $8. What I like is how spread out this farm feels, it’s pretty chill if you go on a weekday, and that mountain backdrop is just gorgeous.
What this farm recently became very popular for, was the perfect photo opportunities in their sunflower fields. They’ve added chairs, cute little wooden stands, and even a piano that you will see people of all ages dressed up and posing among the sunny flowers.
But our favorite part as a family, is the diverse petting area of animals ranging from Geese, tortoise, rabbits, turkey, goats, sheep, lama, cows, pigs, and more! Feed is just $5 a bunch and so worth it to spend some time with the animals.
They also have available a private picnic area, you can book an event, a photo shoot, or join their October rustic nights for date time fun. So many options on this one farm and the next time you see Waimanalo corn at the market, you will know where it’s from!
Fall in love with Fall at Waimanalo Farms!

Go when it’s cool and a weekday if you can. Wear shoes prepared for uneven ground and dirt. Take your camera. Have fun!
