Hiking in Manoa

There are so many beautiful hikes in Manoa!

The most popular is the Manoa Falls trail, but there are a few others that you can access from Tantalus or St. Louis Drive that overlook this lush green valley as you hike along the ridge of the green mountains.

It can get muddy, but that’s why this place is so rich and green!

Our friends who visit from Japan, love to come here because the hikes aren’t too hard too.

In addition, there’s beautiful Lyon Arboretum at the back of the valley is a beautiful botanical garden managed by the University of Hawai`i, and has a diverse array of flowers and fruit trees, and a hiking trail. It’s a peaceful respite not far away from the city and open to the public.
