Side Street Inn
Good old Side Street Inn. It had been a while since we came here, but this is where my husband wanted to bring our family visiting from Japan who love to eat like the locals do. This was one of the food experiences they had to have!
Ordering was easy. We basically had all the famous plates:
Signature fried rice
Chinese chicken salad
Edamame
Fries
Kal bi
Hawaiian style pulehu ribs
Pan fried island pork chops
Popcorn chicken (Conner’s choice and this was a delicious surprise)
Sweet bread pudding
Lilikoi creme brulee
Soda float
We were stuffed, but we wanted them to have the real family style experience with the food coming and coming, the plates being passed around, the room loud and full of laughter, and going home stuffed.
Mahalo Side Street Inn!
