Hakone Restaurant - Wakasagi or Smelt Fish

Best restaurant and meal on this past two week trip to Japan was in Hakone!

This cash-only find, was quite the catch as we wandered walking from our air B&B cabin near the North East tip of Lake Ashi. We ate Wakasagi or Smelt fish prepared numerous ways, Himokawa Udon, and had a view of the Lake. It was very chill spot, really great prices, and good quality food. If you know me, when I eat something that really hits the spot and checks all the boxes, I clap. :p I clapped a couple of times during this meal!
