Thank Your Families

Behind my family is my chocolate family. And behind my chocolate family, is their families. As our company celebrates 7 years, I know that I wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for all of the chocolate family I’ve had past and present, AND their families who raised them and support them. Be sure to take the time to thank the people who support the people you work with too. What I love to do is a hand-written card to the family about all of the positive attributes of my team member. I address it to them so they have to share it with them. And the impact is always soooooo sweet! Our work is all about how our chocolates build connections and sweeten relationships and this certainly does just that! And if I don’t give chocolates to them, I make sure to get something of high quality and value that reflects my appreciation for them. Try it! You won’t regret it.
