If you work in restaurant or food manufacturing, you probably have a rotating seasonal special menu.

In the pandemic, our business, Choco le`a, had a seasonal special menu that became bigger than our standard signature menu! Because there were no events and no visitors and no where to go, the same locals came again and again to our shop, mainly looking for chocolates to consume rather than the usual to gift. That meant we had to keep coming up with new products for them month after month!

Even now, we are continuously offering seasonal specials and rotating through tons and tons of different truffle flavors. So much so, we meet as a team once a month to make sure we are all on the same page with what’s next since it feels like the year flies by when we change it up every single month.

Our monthly menu is created based on demand from our customers aka chocolate friends. Because our specialty is high-end chocolates, we also focus on holidays and local events to guide the options we offer.
