Word for 2022 - Discipline

My word of the year is posted to my bathroom mirror.
Every day when I put on my makeup and get read to go out for the day, I put these thoughts and focus in my mind and heart to also get ready to go out for the day.

And every time I take a bath in this pandemic to stay clean after going out, I have to be disciplined to put on my eyebrows and face again. Well, every time I do, I am reminded of the discipline it takes if I want to look a certain way on the outside, then the discipline to be a certain way on the inside will take even more work.
