Kaka`ako Farmer’s Market

The hot spot to be on Saturday mornings is the Kaka`ako’s Farmer’s Market.

So when I wanted to be a “cool” big sis while hosting my Japan little sis, I knew the cool place to be for twenty something year olds, was where the food was that you could take a selfie with.

And that’s just what we did! We must have shopped with at least 10 different vendors and nibbled and sipped our way through the farmer’s market.

My daughter always loves the Tiger’s Milk from Boba Bros, my son enjoyed his waffle dog and sushi roll, and I finally got to try my green smoothie which was super refreshing and I so want it again.

The market also seems to be the social scene for dogs too!

It’s a short one from 8am to 12pm, but I highly recommend packing light, eating and drinking along the way, bring water, wipes, and a reusable bag to pack the extra goodies to take home in.

Finding peace by piece:

When there are too many different taste buds to please, head to the market, split up, find what you want, and meet back up and share. Everyone can go and explore and get what they want and then reunite to see what others found!
